Login in to your clickfunnels 1.0 account, open the page you want to move over in the editor, click copy in the tool, go to clickfunnels 2.0 and open the destination page where you want to copy it to in the editor, and just click paste in the software.

Truthfully, sometimes yes and sometimes no. Due to the new structure of clickfunnels page editor sometimes your funnel will not be copied perfectly, it might require minimal tweaks for it to be 100% perfect, but it will do 95% of the heavy lifting for you and only require minimal edits from you to make it perfect.
